The Liberty Bell has been a longstanding symbol of freedom and independence in the United States. The bell rang to commemorate the signing of the Constitution. However, it is important to note that the popular myth suggesting that the big crack occurred during this event is untrue. In reality, the significant crack in the bell happened in 1846, when it was rung to honour George Washington's birthday. In the exhibits, you will have the opportunity to learn about various facts regarding the bell and its significance as a symbol of freedom for abolitionists, suffragists, and other groups. 

The Philadelphia Zoo is a sanctuary for diverse animals from all corners of the globe. In addition to providing a haven for these creatures, the zoo is deeply committed to wildlife conservation and rehabilitation. One of their primary goals is to educate visitors about how human activities affect the lives of other inhabitants of our planet.

One of the most remarkable habitats in the park is Big Cat Falls. It is a spacious area where the world's most giant cats can freely roam amidst lush plants and flowing waterfalls. Additionally, they can explore the entire park through tunnels that wind above other habitats, including those of human visitors. 

The museum houses an impressive collection of nearly 100 works by the renowned French sculptor Auguste Rodin, making it one of the largest and most comprehensive collections of his art outside of France. The Rodin Museum showcases a collection of plasters, bronzes, and marbles that feature some of Rodin's most renowned masterpieces. Visitors to the outdoor sculpture garden can view some of his most renowned works, such as The Thinker and Rodin's influential masterpiece, The Gates of Hell. He is considered the father of modern sculpture for his unconventional philosophy. 

Philadelphia's City Hall is the largest municipal building in the United States, boasting an impressive floor space of nearly 15 acres. The building is constructed on a sturdy granite foundation and features a 548-foot tower, making it the tallest masonry structure in the world without a steel frame.

Perched atop the tower is a magnificent 27-ton statue of William Penn. Just below, an observation deck awaits tourists, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire city. From this vantage point, visitors can also admire the park below, which boasts a charming fountain, lush lawns, and a delightful café. 

Located south of Walnut Street and east of Washington Square, this captivating neighbourhood boasts a fascinating mix of architectural styles. Here, you can find a harmonious blend of 18th Century buildings, meticulously restored warehouses, contemporary homes, colonial-style houses, and modern apartments. Some of these spaces are currently occupied by galleries and other retailers that cater to tourists. Some attractions in and around this area include Washington Square, the Polish American Cultural Centre, Old St. Mary's Church, Old Pine Street Presbyterian Church, and the Historical Society of Pennsylvania Library. 

One of Philadelphia's most beloved photo opportunities is the iconic Love sculpture by Robert Indiana. This famous artwork was installed in John F. Kennedy Plaza during America's Bicentennial celebration in 1976, symbolising the city's nickname as "the City of Brotherly Love."

Love Park is a vibrant space that brings together various elements such as green areas, trees, walking paths, benches, and open paved areas. It serves as a popular venue for a wide range of events, including pop-up festivals and gatherings. One notable event held at Love Park is the Christmas Village, which adds to the park's lively atmosphere. 

Independence National Historical Park is widely regarded as one of the most historically significant areas in the United States, encompassing approximately one square mile. The old area is home to famous sites like Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell and boasts numerous other significant attractions along its cobbled streets. Independence Hall has witnessed numerous significant historical moments in America and served as a venue for some of its most renowned founders. The park is home to the Ben Franklin Museum as well. This museum showcases a collection of exhibits that celebrate the remarkable qualities of this revolutionary inventor. 

The Philadelphia Museum of Art is home to one of the largest collections of paintings and artworks in the United States. One of the museum's highlights is the medieval galleries, which showcase exquisite artwork by renowned artists such as Rogier van der Weyden and the van Eyck brothers. The museum is in a Neoclassical building adorned with a grand set of stairs. These stairs have become a popular attraction for many tourists, sometimes even overshadowing the collections inside the museum. Since their appearance in the iconic American Rocky films, the "Rocky Steps" have attracted thousands of fans daily. 

This beautiful park, located along the Schuylkill River and Wissahickon Creek, is host to several notable attractions, such as the Philadelphia Zoo, the Rodin Museum, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Shofuso Japanese House and Garden. Additionally, there are plenty of other activities and attractions to enjoy within the park. In addition, there are gardens, ball fields, swimming pools, tennis courts, hiking paths, picnic areas, and playgrounds available. Located at the periphery of the expansive 2,000-acre park, another notable attraction is a series of 15 historic boathouses along the picturesque Schuylkill River. 

The construction of the Eastern State Penitentiary took place in 1829, with the primary objective of rehabilitating criminals by means of solitary confinement. When it first opened, it was regarded as the world's most expensive and technologically advanced prison. Willie Sutton and Al Capone were among the notable individuals who were incarcerated at the prison. 
Visitors have the opportunity to see Capone's extravagant cell exactly as it was during his time there. The prison was closed in 1971 and has since been transformed into a museum that is open to the public. During tours of the facility, visitors can see numerous sections that have remained unchanged since its operational years.
