Palm Beach International Airport

Located to the west of West Palm Beach, Florida, Palm Beach International Airport is a public airport in Palm Beach County, Florida, and serves as the main airport for the city. Additionally, it serves the suburbs and cities of Boca Raton, Wellington, Boynton Beach, Jupiter, and Palm Beach Gardens as the main airport for the majority of Palm Beach County. Following Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport in the Miami metropolitan region, it is the third busiest airport. Palm Beach County's Department of Airports is in charge of running the airport. Congress Avenue, Southern Boulevard, and I-95 all provide direct access to the airport by road. Military Trail runs along the west side of the airfield.

In Travel + Leisure Magazine's 2024 World's Best Awards, Palm Beach International Airport was ranked third among U.S. airports, among many other accolades it continues to receive. According to Condé Nast Traveler's 2023 Readers' Choice Awards, the airport ranks fourth in the United States; in the J.D. Power North American Airport Satisfaction Survey from 2023, it ranks fourth among medium-sized airports. Being ranked #1 in the United States for the quickest overall wait times at our TSA Checkpoints, PBI continues to surpass expectations regarding checkpoint wait times. PBI Travel Plaza is situated at 2050 Belvedere Road, on the southwest corner of Florida Mango and Belvedere Road, for the convenience of passengers requiring pickup.  Free Wi-Fi, arrival/departure displays, Dunkin' Donuts, 7-11, mobile petrol, car wash, electric vehicle charging outlets, and a waiting area for cell phones are all amenities of Travel Plaza.

With 15 airlines, the airport provides more than 200 daily nonstop arrivals and departures to several locations in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean. There are several choices for ground transportation at the airport. Ground transportation services may be found in the airport terminal on Level One, Baggage Claim. These days, ride-sharing businesses like Uber and Lyft are situated on Level Three - Departures outside curb. In addition to having 32 gates (28 jetway gates and 4 hardstands), it has three runways.
